They allow literal 4x4 Jeeps completely covered in rocks and mud inches thick through the wash. I had to get out of my car, move the red ball, and leave without my wash. The young man associate scoffed at me for refusing to run my $50k jet black Audi behind the muddy stone covered truck. His snot nose attitude sent me from disappointed to livid!
