I just had my oil changed here, hoping to have all my fluids and tire pressure checked and I had to ask them to do so. It says right on the board that every oil change comes with all of those additional services, yes, some say if requested, but the items that should’ve been checked were not also when I entered the bay, a bolt fell out of their bay door and landed on my car. The worker simply said on behalf of performance plus I am sorry if there is damage if there is damage, you guys should reach out to your manager to resolve the issue. I will be checking to see if there is damage and if there is, I will make sure you fix it.

Max was super polite and helpful taking care of some questions we had and getting us set up with the Platinum oil service. I didn't catch his coworkers name but he was super speedy and remained very professional. There was a bit of grumble on his face but I don't fault him for that. He looked like he had done a good days work and needed to relax. Max and Scott (as I looked at the small print on the receipt finally and found his name) did wonderful. Awesome guys, awesome shop. 5 Stars, All around would recommend!
