From the very beginning, Josh treated us with fairness, honesty, and respect. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no runaround. He was upfront about everything, answered all of our questions honestly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — he never took long to return a call or text, and he was always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed clarification. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. If you’re visiting Camping World in Coldwater, Michigan, I highly recommend asking for Josh. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and easy, and we truly appreciated working with him.
