Very slow service never going through them again I'll start repairing my own tires from now on. Someone needs to fire that manager and get someone more friendly and has better people skills.

No, no you didn't. Tire pressure was still low on the same tire, AND the scuffed rim I have is still in the same location. Don't take ppl as being dumb.
