It was suppose to be an estimate only, however they started working on it without my consent. after getting the car back the manager was full of excuses on the quality of the work. Didn't seem interested in fixing the issue. In fact he kind of abandoned me for a supposed "management meeting" he needed to attend. Literally told me the damage inside my door jam from the collision was not able to be seen when the doors are shut which is not a valid excuse for their unacceptable quality of work. repairs were not pre-collision quality at all and the spray job was not good at all. There is many other issues with the overall repair quality however I am limited to how many characters I can type for this review and it would be about 3 pages long. The car is going to have to go somewhere else to undo the horrible work they performed on my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend you even take your beater car here. Paint quality is poor, sanding marks under the paint which is visible in daylight. Door jam repair is low quality. Passenger front door has to be slammed to shut it. Inner wheel well repair looked like it was performed with a punch and never covered the bare steel which will rust in Michigan salt. Paint specks all over the job. just over all a very amateur job by the shop. This vehicle will unfortunately need to be redone. This vehicle was t-boned and they have proven to not be able to make these kinds of repairs. The incompetence, poor quality and poor pride in their work, and overall customer service is pathetic to say the least. If you're thinking of taking your car here, don't.......

All of them were handled in a timely fashion, and one was even expedited due to time constraints. The work has been superb, especially on my 2011 CTS, which has special paint. I couldn't be more satisfied.
