  Tok our camper into Coldwater camping world for repair on hail damage. They have had it quite a few months now and I have called twice this week and a message is taken. No return call. It irritates me that I will have to go to Coldwater to find out what's going on. Grrr. Not to happy.

  I recently purchased an almost-new 2021 Thor Class C RV that has been sitting since 2023. Thinking I could trust this company, I paid over $2000 for their Platinum Package including resealing services, winterization, a multi-point inspection, and a "battery service" that cost $269.99 alone. Fast forward ONE MONTH later, I take my RV in for de-winterization. The tech claims that that the chassis battery I just paid them $269.99 to inspect, treat, and replace as needed is swelling and a new one must be purchased. The tech repeatedly insisted that I buy an in-house battery, but I reminded them that they had serviced the battery less than 30 days prior. After a tactically long period of time behind the service door, the tech reappeared with great news! "Your battery is fine!" he said. When questioned about the swelling, the tech responded that the swelling was too minor to worry about and that a load test had proved the battery was in "good shape". This interaction is at the very least an example of Camping World's incompetent maintenance techs and at worst a blatant attempt at a double-charge. In addition to this battery buffoonery, my rear window seals are already shrinking and pulling out of their grooves. No doubt Camping World will be right there to charge me for water damage repairs when the rear seal they repaired gives up! This company will never receive my business again, and I will tell anyone who owns an RV/pull-behind/motorhome to keep their distance. TLDR: Terrible customer service, vague invoices, hidden fees, and straight-up attempts to double-charge.

  All I can say is buyer beware. I took my camper there last year in August 2025 just got it back March 2026. CW just kept blaming Auto Owners Insurance and All Seasons but it was actually them that made this a miserable experience. "I don't want to write this but feel like I should and just say buyer beware." You might think they have your back intially but they will start adding charges and have the most excuses that I have heard. I took my camper there in 2025 because of a blown tire on 94 that wrecked the sidewall. CW was great picking up my camper, but then the phone calls started from Emily and Derrick adding charges or saying it needed more repairs. Anyway I won't bore anyone with all the details. Just take my word there are camper dealers all over, so just keep going down the rode. They are running a pyramid service, they will tell you this is wrong but once it is tore apart the price will continue to change and more items will need to be added. FYI: These are things not caused from the accident they say, so you have to pay for them yourself. Friendly piece of advice. "Do not go there!" Attached are pics of how I got my camper back. The camper was filthy and floors all scuffed up, but as usual its the customers fault! Buyer beware is all I can say I will find someone else for future repairs and will never do business with them again. They did offer to have me bring it back but I would like to go camping this year and do not trust them with the repairs. Anyway I'm repairing their mistakes myself such as putting in a new floor, because they scuffed mine up so bad. At least I will have my camper for the summer and know it is fixed right.
