To get 4 tires swapped out, that brought with me shouldn't take 2 hours if I've come in for my scheduled appointment. I was pretty frustrated but I do know "crap happens" so I just rolled with it. But, it still doesn't make sense to me. The time prior to this, when I called to schedule, some lady said to come on in. I did so and the gentleman behind the desk told me that that was some central appt line and she was wrong, they couldn't get me in for a few hours. I don't understand a central appt line, if they aren't accurate. It stinks cause I think these guys do great work and they are all very nice. But time is valuable and I can't stand when I feel mine has been wasted. I'm sorry for the less than 5 star review.

Was never greeted, never told hey someone will be with you in just a min. Nothing of that sort, and then after I left, then they quickly finished up there talk. Just wish there was better customer service! Other that don't have much to say because I never asked my question because I just went and did it myself in the same amount of time I waited. On top of that as well I don't know who does the front desk but there were 2 workers working it before that, helped get the customer all paid for then they talked to for 10 mins with him. Not even help, or greeted by them, after they finish getting him all paid for!
