  Shitty customer service. The person at the service counter was unnecessarily rude to me. If you're looking for tires, I recommend taking your business to Totten's in Birch Run. Their prices are similar, but they actually care about their customers.

  Very nice workers, Andrew at the desk was very nice and informative. I’m not car smart so my grandpa was with me, and he of course cracked a few jokes here and there (bless their heart). I was out within an hour, they are very quick. Their customers that were waiting in the lobby were also very nice people. Go to this business if you need new tires! Best in the area

  Allow me to preface this by saying that I’m not one for writing reviews. Good service in this current societal climate is becoming more and more scarce as the days go by. I would feel guilty at how many reviews I’d have to rate less than 3 stars. Monro Auto greatly impressed me, and they went above and beyond for me and my family after their normal working hours. My father, brother and I were stranded with a blown out tire on the shoulder of I-75 about 5 miles from Monro Auto. We were 125 miles away from our home, and it was 6:00PM, and was open until 7. We had a long wait for a tow truck, and every auto shop in the area wasn’t able to assist. No other shop nearby was going to help us and we desperately needed to get back on the road as we were heading up North to visit our Grandfather who was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Monro Auto stayed open an extra hour for us, until 8:00PM when we were finally able to get the tow truck out to us. When we arrived at the shop the man (I apologize, I completely forgot his name) who stayed late for us was friendly and a master at his craft. He got the new tire on and bolted in within 15 minutes. He gave great service and we had some great conversation while he got us back rolling. So thank you Monro, we greatly appreciate the wonderful service you provided for us in a time of great need. You were such a blessing to us!
