- MLMatthew LogsdonApr 23, 20265.0got an oil change a few days ago and after a couple days I realized that my car was leaking a lil oil and looked at the engine and it was leaking from the filter so they did not tighten properly never have had this happen anywhere Edit: they called me that next morning and had me come back in to fix the issue and even gave me cleaning supplies for my drive way and offered to come clean it for me definitely provided customer service that is lost in this day in age also if the issue was still there to come back and they would replace the filter all together great people

Allen informed me of an engine cleaner to remove carbon build up in my engine- he even showed me how disgustingly black my engine oil was. He talked me through engine care and options to care for my engine moving forward. He was patient, relatable, forthright. He even identified an oil leak that I was unaware of. This was exceptional service that you don't get everywhere. Thanks so much Allen!!!! Also.... I had been to this oil shop months ago and Dan was absolutely amazing. As a female, who knows a moderate amount about cars, I was well taken care of. My euro car received high quality oil and the service was amazing. If you need a new oil shop. This should be your new spot. At least Allen or Dan will take care of you.
- CCChristineMar 24, 20261.0I was there a couple of months ago. I asked the attendant to check my headlights. He did, but asked me several times for extra money in his pocket. A $20 I don’t carry paper money, but I wouldn’t give him extra!! That is his job!! I will never go back there!!!
