  John Drummy was amazing salesperson. He did amazing. However within two to three weeks of having my vehicle, the tire pressure sensor was going off. I went to the service location and was told that the sensors are bad.. I understand it is a used car but such things should be accommodating since I just received my car.. I reached out the the dearship five times to speak to management and he has not called me back. He blatantly have ignored my request to speak to him at the Chesterfield location. The employees have left messages for him to contact me and I have not received one call. Then, they forwarded my call to his desk and he had me on hold for almost a hour.. As I writing this request, I am still on hold. This unacceptable and i would never recommend anyone to this location..

  Let me start by saying I called moron Chevrolet set appointment for complimentary oil change from purchase of brand new chevy silverado and truck needed a software update was told to schedule appointment earlier than 8 am I was there at 7,20 with appointment guy behind counter was on the phone i waitef 10 minutes to be talked to the lady on the phone assured me it would not be a problem takes about 45-1 hour I specifically asked if I should leave truck he said it wo t be a problem I show up guy behind counter say minimum 1.5 hours for oil change 4- 5 for software update I use this truck for my job I schedule 1.5 hours for service then this the customer service at moron chevy is ridiculous I will never buy any vehicles from them even if they are cheaper it's exactly what they say cheaper isn't always better by the way we are going down the street to buy my daughter a new 2026 blazer thanks for waisting my time and to the service manager YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY

  I have tons of videos of my car malfunctioning, but another dealer wouldn’t repair the issue. I came to Moran for help. I had to wait 2 weeks for a rental car. When I arrived for my appointment, they tried to put me in a truck. I am not tall enough to get into a truck let alone get in with a pencil skirt on (work uniform.) Also, there is no way I could put my 76 year old mother in a truck. When I called for the manager, Max (who has terrible English) wanted to argue with me. Then I received and email stating if you receive an email from G.M. and can’t give us a 9 or 10 star review, call us first. That is so unethical! I’m so fed up with G.M. I’ll never buy a car from them again. Don’t waste your time with G.M.

  Moran Chevrolet is clean, friendly, efficient and helpful. They have a huge inventory to select from. The property and building are spotless. Our Sales Advisor Austin Elya is very respectful and patient. Austin communicated effectively during the shopping process to keep us up to date on the process leading up to the delivery day. Austin is extremely knowledgeable about the product, the software, the technology and features of the vehicle. He was very helpful going through the countless driver customization settings. He explained each feature, demonstrated how to use it and then selected the setting we chose. I had difficulties getting the Chevy App operating and Ausin fixed my issues. He showed us around the dealership and explained how and what to do to schedule service and upon arrival for service. Finance Manager Jeff K. made the process painless and quick. He explained all the optional coverages and their benefits and costs. Jeff explained every line on the purchase contract and State paperwork. I was very comfortable during the closing. Moran Chevrolet did a great job and has earned our future business!

  Today called Setvice Dept around 2:30 this afternoon. When shutting off my 2025 Blazer the fan would not shut down when car was turned off. I called frantic and was told me in order to get a loaner because they would need the car for about 2 weeks I would have to wait until 4/16. I wanted the car in and said I would figure out how to get back and forth to work. I wanted vehicle in shop. Kaitlyn the Service Rep said she would check around before I get there and maybe could find something for a loaner. Got to dealership with my vehicle and I walk into Service Dept door..and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who took me to Kaitlyn to check my car in. Kaitlyn explained she was able to find me a loaner but it was a Silverado. I was nervous about such a big vehicle and not too comfortable but thought great at least I have a vehicle while mine is in repair. Kaitlyn talked to the Loaner Dept and spoke with a young gentleman not sure of his name but I think something like Kas. I wish I would have paid attention. He was able to get me a Trax which is so much better for me. Everyone I dealt with were awesome and only there for about 20 min if that. I always do recommend Moran Chevrolet but will definitely boast about that Dealership. Moran has some very awesome people that work in that Service Dept. Thank you so much for having such understanding and concerned employees. It made my day go from being worried to care free. Thanks sooooo much. You guys ROCK
