  Took my Honda Fit in for oil change and tire rotation Justin recommended radiator and engine flush and fill. Thank you work was done when promised.🙂

  Terrible experience. Would NEVER recommend. They killed my car battery and gave it back to me dead and then when I called to ask what happened they claimed I gave to them with a dead car battery…which is basically impossible considering you need a car battery to work to get it to the shop ok it’s own. Scammed us for hundreds of dollars. Communication is terrible. They spoke to my spouse about updates and then lied and said to him they told me to which they never called. TRASH service

  I’ve always had a great experience with the service team at Jim Ridley Cadillac. The staff is professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The facility is clean, organized, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. That said, I was really disappointed to learn about the 3% credit card fee. For a dealership that provides such high-quality service, this extra charge feels unnecessary and honestly a bit frustrating—especially on already costly repairs or maintenance. As much as I appreciate the excellent service and the amazing team, this fee makes me reconsider where I’ll be taking my vehicle in the future. I hope this is something they revisit, because it does take away from an otherwise outstanding experience

  I can’t give enough stars for how I was treated here! I brought my car in for a check engine light. I arrived for my appointment early, they quickly fit me in, fixed the issue in less than an hour. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for service again.
