  I had an insurance claim that made me need a car rental. Myren was exceptional!! I arrived and he took care of my issue right away! I was in and out of there. His excellent customer service skills need to be acknowledged! It is hard to find people like him in customer service nowadays!

  This is By far the best location in Macomb and St. Clair County! Every time we have rented a car from them they are amazing!!!!!! Shout out to Marcellius his team is amazing! From Transporting from the Dealership and back too to Pick up my car! We have used these guys specifically several times. Post accident or just for warranty work. Hands DOWN AMAZONG TEAM!

  Had a reservation to pick up rental car up at noon on a Sunday. Got there and they have no cars available. Three people waiting in the waiting room to get cars they had no cars for them either. And they close at noon. I was left with no way of getting to work on Monday. Will never go there again

  Caution. I do not recommend this location. The service is absolutely horrendous. Not sure if its purely incompetence on behalf of the staff or sheer laziness, but this site does not operate in the spirit of excellence. Waited for over 30 minutes for a vehicle, then when frustration sets-in due to disrespectful actions on behalf of the staff, it then becomes the basis for the manager (Marcellus Orta) asking for a customer to leave. Will not conduct business at this location again. For the record, I have been a member with Enterprise / National (Emerald Club/ Executive) for 35 years. Customer not happy, will explore other options.

  After working a holiday weekend midnight shift at a hospital, my car broke down near here . Knowing the odds were not in my favor for getting a vehicle during the spring break weekend and obviously had no reservations, I was greeted by the most polite , kind , and helpful young man. He clearly picked up that I was struggling and went out of his way to not only get a vehicle, but was compassionate and considerate to my circumstances. He seemed to care, and it has been a long time since I've experienced that as a customer, or even in society to be honest. Thank you for the service and the kindness, it's appreciated
