Super fast, i called and explained how i was left stranded for hours by a different tow company that never called, he said he would be to me in 10 minutes and he was. This was the fastest ive ever got my car towed

Not only did we have the pleasure of working with Zack from Nick's towing once when I was helping a stranded woman at Walmart but he helped my daughter on a cold snowy day! He was kind, professional, gave excellent advice and gave prompt communication. Would recommend to anyone that finds themselves in need!

Dakota saved my day and was a total sweet HEART!!! I was so heart broken n cold , that I waited 2 hrs in below degree winter storm weather, through my insurance to be told that they couldn’t COME! I was turned down by a few other company’s! Then I called NICKS! And couldn’t have been more pleased n blessed! The technician “ Dakota” was a real phenomenal guy ! Down to earth ! I wish all blessings for this guy and a bright future! Thanks ! I will definitely call you guys again!
