Both times, I was told yes. When I arrived for my reservation, the vehicle available was a standard Wagoneer L, not the Grand model I had reserved and confirmed. This was frustrating, especially after confirming multiple times in advance. It feels like a pattern of over-promising on specific vehicle types just to get customers on site. I am glad I had a backup reservation at the Troy location. I hope Enterprise improves the accuracy of their vehicle availability and communication with customers.

By noon, I found red braids stuffed between the seats. Lovely. Called the location, and they said to come swap the car. Got there no cars available. So, they gave mine a quick wipe-down and sent me on my way. Still full of crumbs, sticky but hey, at least the braids were gone. Five stars for effort, zero for execution. Highly unimpressed.
