  I visit this branch weekly and was told Today that a car was not Available when I arrived. The new manager Dan’s attitude was truly not desirable. He replied “you need to start letting us know when you’re coming”. I have a reservation made by the agency which allows me to arrive any time after noon. My car was given away and the “best” he could offer was a car that “was promised to someone else, but would arrive in almost 40 minutes”. When I told him I wasn’t able to Wait he curtly stated “it’s not just us. No office in Michigan has any cars!” I never had this problem with the former management. This was truly disappointing. He was very dismissive. I’ll be sending my corporate business elsewhere soon.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the service I received at this Enterprise location! Dan and his entire team were by far the absolute BEST I have ever worked with. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly caring, understanding, and genuinely empathetic about my situation. During an already stressful time, they went above and beyond to make everything seamless, smooth, and surprisingly pleasant. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help was truly unmatched. I have never experienced customer service like this before! Because of Dan and his exceptional team, I will absolutely be conducting ALL of my future rental needs through this location. They have earned a loyal customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!
