Check out and paid the bill quickly. I tested the generator before ai left and it startedvon the first try and ran smoothly. Very professional and courteous staff.

They even arranged for outside contractors to takle some of the work they were not abke to do in-house. My only complaint which costs them 1-star, timing. It took nearly twice as long to complete the job as was quoted. In the end, I am glad I went with them, and would do it again. Just make sure you are not in a rush.

But I did anyway for a couple reasons, I could get in the next day, and after talking on the phone with there Service Depot., I felt good about giving them a try. I had to travel 60 miles from Belleville, MI. and elected to stay at a Concorde Hotel, just a mile up the road. Doors open promptly at 0700 and I was greeted by "AJ". I found the place Clean and neat with a nice waiting room facility and sparkling restroom, coffee bar and refrigerator. During my wait, I was kept continually updated as to what was going on by the service manager. The staff were all customer service oriented, and worked to get me out quickly so I could check out of my hotel by 11am and not pay an extra day. My Dodge 3500 Cummins left there purring, and a call the next day by me possibly needing some additional service was greeted with a "can do" attitude. I felt I received a good value for my service dollar, and would recommend their service facility to anyone as Top Notch
