  We had that snowstorm Wed and I had one of my wiper blades had fallen off and I went to Autozone in clinton township to purchase new ones and Daniel was helping me and offered to put them on.. It was crappy out and what should have been a quick job ended up being a nightmare. They were seized up and wont come off.. he was wonderful.. He struggled but eventually was able to put the new ones on and all the while telling me to stay warm in the vehicle... He had a great attitude and was very kind.. I was going to go home and put them on myself but he said no he would do it... No knowing what he was up against! People always call when something goes wrong but I think it's important to give credit for those that go out of their way and he most certainly went above and beyond! Thank you.

  Walked in their for a simple part. They had been opened well over a half hour. Was barely greeted, one person walking around that helped the guy that came in after me, tho I was standing right there. Very rude. Told me he'd b rught back, thought it was a buddy of his or something he was saying gbye too & would b right back. After zero signs of life at cash register or anywhere around the store, & 15 minutes at least of my patience & time , I really had to go. Told the capped " ill b back" guy that I really had to go, he just waved. No im sorry , or gee, man can I help you w something? Nothhhhing. Service here is horrible, they clearly don't care to acknowledge customers, let alone care what the hell i was there for. Will never grace this establishment again. Everyone save your time, go next door to OReilly! Its like the Flamingo Motel vs. The Hyatt.

  I didn’t catch his name but I stopped in there a couple of days ago and the guy at the front counter couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he help diagnose my problem but he helped explain to me how to look out for future issues. Also he was super cute 😅 10/10 will be back :))
