Not only did he help diagnose my problem but he helped explain to me how to look out for future issues. Also he was super cute 😅 10/10 will be back :))

The gentleman that I asked to help me immediately told me that he could not remove my battery (my car is a 2020 Jeep) and that I would need to go elsewhere, he was also less than willing to help me...passing me off to another associate. However, associate helped me jump my car so I could go elsewhere to get a battery.... instead of spending under $100 I was charged $280 to replace by battery at the place they sent me to. If your team members do not want to help someone one, they should find a different line of work.
