- MCmindy colomboMar 15, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would. I will never go back to this store again. I had issues with the manager Chris. I had a very disappointing experience at this auto parts store. The manager was extremely unprofessional and treated customers/employees with a rude and inconsiderate attitude. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and spoke in a nasty tone that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. When you go to a parts store, you expect at least a basic level of customer service and respect. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Rather than trying to assist or answer questions, the manager seemed irritated and unwilling to help. Customer service should be a priority, especially for someone in a management position. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and hope the store addresses the way customers/employees are treated.

As a high paying customer I will miss the parts I receive, but I no longer will do business at any store he is associated with. This district manager should be re considered to even be apart of the company, highly unprofessional.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
