  Great customer service and took my car here on two separate occasions. Both times car looks brand new and they even detail the interior. My car was in awful condition, it’s truly amazing what they can do! Great service every time you will not be disappointed!

  Natalie and Steven are literal angels. None of us can control fate, but as the saying goes, sometimes fate needs a hand. And that’s what I got from these two, and from Gerber Collision and Glass. After my car accident, I had my vehicle towed to Gerber Collision and Glass and I was met by these two awesome people; both were so kind, understanding and reassuring (thank you Natalie for talking me off the ledge several times throughout the process). This was something I really needed during that time. I also appreciated the systematic updates throughout the process and continued calls from Natalie that gave me updates from start to finish. Now the car is fixed and is as good as new. And to go above and beyond, Natalie called me to make sure everything was running well afterwards. I couldn’t ask for a better crew during this hard time. I was honestly prepared to grieve the loss of my car that I had for 10 years, but they made it so I got to keep it; to create more memories in it, and they delivered it back to me better than how I left it, including cleaning it. Can’t thank you all enough for everything. God bless you all and thank God for insurance lol. Pay your insurance premiums people! Anyways, highly recommend! You all did a fantastic job!

  We had a drainage problem with our vehicle and Natalie got me on the schedule straight away. And Steve was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. This is the second place I had to take it to, so this reflects how Knowledgeable this crew was. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision.

  This place has great customer service! Unlike all other collision shops, Gerber has great communication! They call you back timely and give you great detailed information. They completed the work fast and efficiently! Natalie is very attentive and is great with customers.
