I had reserved a midsize car, but instead was given a compact car with almost zero room for 4 people (think smart car size). They were unable to give me any other car and that was frustrating. In addition to the wrong size car the car I was given had both front hubcaps missing and had a dirty interior. I was charged $475 for four days plus a $300 deposit. The quality of car that I was given was in no way worth that rental fee. Disappointed that Enterprise made no attempt to either refund any money or give a voucher or try to get me a different car.
