We were repeatedly told that our reservation could not be located and were assured that AAA had already spoken directly with their office. That statement was accurate—we were able to listen to the recorded call confirming that AAA had contacted them. We were kept waiting for two days with no progress, no follow-up, and no resolution, despite having an active reservation and needing a vehicle urgently. In contrast, the Enterprise location in Waterford immediately located the reservation in the corporate system and had a car ready for us within one hour. The employees at the Waterford location were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened, took action, and resolved the issue quickly. This experience highlighted a major difference in customer service between the two locations. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend the Waterford Enterprise and would caution others about relying on the Clarkston location.
