  Once again, I’ve stated that the management skills are very poor. If you are 3 minutes late after your appointment you are kicked out. Fortunately, I’m always on time, but I have been next in line after drivers that can not get in. The manager is very sarcastic, not only does he show favoritism towards loads/ drivers according to employees, he is sexual with an employee.

  My grandparents hired one of their contractors for muscle to help load their moving truck.  They scheduled 2 hours to get the big items into the truck but they were there for over 4 hours and still hadn't finished loading.  Not only did they have to pay for extra time, but when we all got there to finish loading just boxes (we thought) we ended up unloading 90% of the truck and reloading it in an attempt to save them from having to get a second truck because the loading job was so bad and inefficient. The guys were nice and all, but do NOT use their recommended movers if you need any sort of strategy to load the truck.  We were able to get a 'full truck' when they left to half empty by just rearranging their work.  If it had been done right the first time my grandparents would not have needed to scramble around the next day to find another small truck to finish the job and now they have to drive separately to Florida when the whole point was to have one truck!  Here's a picture of my poor grandfather super frustrated having to start loading and unloading the truck himself.
