- JDJustine Doehring3 days ago5.0I desperately needed an oil change and every other place was minutes before closing I noticed Belle Tire was still open for another hour. I called to see if I was able to get there within 10 minutes if they would be able to get me in and after they checked with their technician they told me they would do it! I was greatful they could get me in last minute when they were so close to closing shop for the day. The waiting room was nice and clean and they had coffee and a vending machine, which was nice to be able to get my daughter a candy bar while we waited. They were quick and I was surprised at how cheap they were! I normally have paid $70-80 at other quick change garages where here I paid $52 for a standard no frills change and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I wasn't looking to do which also was a nice change from what I'm used to!
- KOKaylyn OwingsFeb 11, 20265.0My tire almost came off on the freeway. We had to wait forever for a tow truck, by the time we got there they had been closed for 20 minutes. Christina, the assistant manager, let us come inside and explain to her what had happened. She let us keep the car there overnight, and the next day she had one of her guys inspect the tire for me. We had to get it towed back to the place that had initially done brake work on my car. Christina was super cool, she explained everything very well. She made this a lot easier for us and I’m very grateful for all her help!
- JBJerry BrabenecJan 29, 20265.0limped in Wednesday afternoon in the cab company's 2015 Prius taxi from Ann Arbor, 500k+ miles, which was steering weird and making alarming wheel noises. The cab company and I wish this shop was in Ann Arbor. They fixed the rear wheel bearing that was causing the problem and the car is driving great. Straight talk, no drama, they just got it done. Thank you Michael Drehmer, assistant manager.
