When people are fixing thier car.. and time and parts are of the essence .. customers do NOT have time to run and replace your parts that your desk girl brought to me.. I bought brake rotors and an oil filter.. on monday.. I take my car to the mechanic and drop it off with what I was thinking was the correct parts.. bc people who work in that field of Autozone.. should have a brain right.. no.. both parts she sold me and handed to me.. we're for a total different vehicle.. so now.. im stranded some place else with NO car..to handle this... and can't take the parts back and replace them myself.. so now im charged even more from my mechanic bc those parts are more from him.. I later return the parts to a different store.. and now im making a formal complaint against this woman who sold me the wrong parts! I am not a worker there.. and I put my responsibility in her hands to help me.. in a desperate time .. which ended up costing me over 70 dollars bc of her mistakes!!! I will be also calling and writing corporate about this.. It is ridiculous that you allow people behind that counter that are not trained correctly or just basically know nothing about cars.. she probably just got a job bc she needed a job and they hired her..
