- THTim HDec 24, 20252.0OMG !!!! Bought some wipers and asked for them to be installed. After 15 minutes waiting in my car I went back inside. The guy came out and OMG DONT BREAK MY WIPERS. Struggled to get the wiper off , until someone else saw and assisted. Then put the empty wiper ( the metal piece) ON MY WINDOW. I quickly gave him a towel to place it on. Finally gets it on and goes to the next. After struggling again , my daughter got out and went inside to get help. Then instead of watching and learning, he was trying to go back inside. The guy that helped us was off the clock and helped out. You can see he was frustrated with this guy. Learn. Ask questions.

Greeted by a locked door and a tall bald employee who shrugged at me and pointed at the register and walked away when I protested that they are not suppose to close until 8pm ( saturday) Went across the street and gave the near $500 sales to Autozone instead on rotars, pads, caliper and brackets etc. As a businessman If one of my employees ran my store like that it would be the last day they worked under my branding. Lazy decisions and shaving minutes of your business clock cost you and your owner/corporation thousands a year.—but more importantly—the lack of compassion, care, and downright lack of interest in serving the community is the reason Advance Auto Parts struggle to compete.
