  I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience felt worth sharing. When I brought my car in, I specifically mentioned that I would likely need an alignment due to uneven tire wear. I even had it written in my notes when booking online. However, after getting my car back, I was told they never even checked the alignment. On top of that, when I initially spoke with the salesperson and asked about adding an alignment, he wouldn’t include it with the service I was already getting (4 new tires). It didn’t stop there. They forgot to put my lug caps back on, which I luckily caught before leaving. Then after I left, one of my wheel center caps fell off, likely because it wasn’t properly put on. All of this made me question what else could be forgotten. By the time I got home, I was concerned enough that I retorqued the lug nuts myself. Really disappointing experience.

  Not once have I been here where I didn't wait over five hours!!!! Doesn't matter if you schedule an appointment or come in after calling! They lie about the wait time every single time.... This time I was told bring it in, there's a wait but it won't be long since it's just one flat tire!!! Four hours and I'm just now next in line!!! Not to mention it's freezing in here! Then after four hours once I point out I'm still waiting then they send someone out with a quote to fix the windshield but still nobody looked at the tire. Finally comes back after another hour and tells me there's a nail in the tire and I need a new one but they don't have it so I'll have to come back another day! Five hours to be told I can't get my tire fixed! So now I'm standing at the giant front doors waiting for an additional thirty minutes for them to bring out my car like they said they were only to find out that my keys are at the counter and nobody knew or care to ask why I'm waiting right there!! I had to come back two days later and wait an additional three hours with an appointment to get the new tire! Even with my tire warranty I will NEVER go here again!!!!!

  They handled my tire quickly, friendly and cost efficient. I appreciate all they did, Would definitely recommend

  Replaced lower control arms, outter tie rods, and sway bar. Ran out of grease at home. Asked them to do it after the 134 dollar alignment an was told "dont have the grease fitting ." Its normal stuff on a chevy impala. Pretty hackish for a franchise store.

  I called in advanced to explain that I had a tire leaking air and would like it fixed. Was told to come on in and they would take a look at it no problem. I showed up at 12:30, was told by Nate the time needed would be a 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I waited in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes. The tire was even looked at yet. Called for a ride back to work, as I was on lunch, and was given a ride back up to Belle Tire at 5:10pm. The car sat in the parking lot all day, nobody ever looked at it. I ask what happened and was told they got busy and had more people came in. Wouldn't you think that customers coming in after my car was already in line would come after? A whole day wasted by incompetent management. Simple tire fix is too much to ask. Very disapointing. 23 mile and Gratiot, Chesterfield. Stay away!
