However, when I picked my car up the windshield still had stickers on it that they had to take my car back into the shop to remove. When I came home I noticed tons of glue texture and it was sticky all over each side of the car. The next day I had to go back and schedule an appointment for them to fix it. When it came back the glue was off but the texture was there. I was told that was how the Jeep paint was. Of course that was not the case. I then noticed one of the windshield wipers had paint on it. The hood when lifted was hitting the right side wiper which is where all the damage was from my accident. Mike told me that when my hood is opened you have to place the wipers in the middle of the windshield for Jeep Grand Cherokee. I finally was done and called Gerber head quarters and they handled my situation appropriately. Please read my review on the Fantastic Ann Arbor office!

Everyone is so kind and will try to get you in as soon as they can. They are trustworthy, kind and everything you need after a scary incident. I went here once after a collision to get my car repaired and again after the rubber from a tire flew and hit my car! They were incredible both times and so helpful
