We were told that the RV would only drop 10% in value after a year - and considering it was already a used RV, I trusted this guidance. Turns out, we took it to another camping world - where they have clearly been much more transparent and the difference in personnel, follow-through and professionalism is day and night. Steer clear of this location and go to another camping world. If you're curious - the RV went down 50% in value!!! This is crazy to me.

Admittedly this makes me an atypical "customer," but the salesman's reaction, "You're building one. That'll be interesting," was dripping with disdain. Now, as I said, I'm not their typical customer, but apparently CW is not interested in building relationships with anyone who isn't spending money today. If I need additional gear for the teardrop I know where WONT be buying it.

Tim was wonderful and also had an issue later on with air conditioner, service manager met me half way on a new unit and didn’t expect that. Wonderful people that work there and price was great on unit. We love our camper from them and have had it for a year now.
