  Not very professional, I was picking up a part for a client and got told to ask someone else by 4 different people. They demanded a signature (i didn't purchase the item just pick up and deliver) then told me my signature was too sloppy. Unfortunately there the only place in the area and they know it. I wasn't even a customer and they get 1 star from me.

  After going and driving around looking at campers within 100 miles of us, we decided to purchase our keystone Coleman 17R. Great price and very nice people. Tim was our salesman and he was great.

  I took my toy hauler to this location for an insurance claim due to a squirrel problem and I thoroughly regret it. First of all when I went to pick it up the first time that they said it was ready, they didn't even fix the hole in that the squirrels used to access the underbelly. Wasted trip there. When they said it was ready I went to pick it up and did a quick inspection. I wasn't happy at all with their work but just wanted to be done with it. They trashed the paneling pulling it off to access the wires by the fridge, left old staples all over the floor, didn't replace the stained carpet in the storage area, broke a mounting tab from the fuse panel, and simply taped up the underbelly. I asked why they didn't fix it properly and they said to fix it right would have totaled the unit. That's why I have insurance! I wanted it fixed properly! So I get home annoyed and plug it in. NO POWER ANYWHERE! Then mystery the power started working. Fast forward to today... i go to start getting it ready for the season and again nothing works. I grab my volt meter and start at my 50 amp rv plug on the house, 240 volts. Check the cord where it plugs into the camper, 240 volts. Check the junction box by the battery, 240 volts. So I decide to check a 120 volt outlet, 290 volts! They definitely didn't find every wire that was damaged by the squirrel and this could have caused serious injury or death! It's been plugged in for the 2 months since I picked it up from them. These people are only or for a quick money grab and do terrible work. The insurance paid over $7,000 for terrible work, sliced wires(which they told me they replaced), and a couple of roles of repair tape. Moral of the story. DO NOT TRUST THIS RV FACILITY!!!

  Dishonest sales tactics. This camper is advertised as in stock at their Chelsea location for 16k. We drove 45 minutes to come see it, and the salesman took us to the camper pictured, but said that it’s actually 24k. That they had a similar one that would be available that is 16k but they don’t have it now. So they have the exact pictures of the 24k camper listed as 16k online. This wasted our Saturday afternoon driving out there.
