  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Susie when buying my new car. From the start, she was in constant communication, keeping me updated every step of the way. She was not only incredibly helpful with all my questions, but also genuinely caring, making me feel confident and excited about my purchase. I can't recommend her enough—she truly went above and beyond!

  It had been since 2008 that I purchased a truck for myself , so I was skeptical and was dreading the whole price haggling process. Susie met us in the lot and showed us a few trucks, one caught my eye so we test drove it. Came back to the office and I said give me your best price, she came back with a price and I said if you can throw running boards in so I can get into easier then we have a deal. She made that happen and they came to my house the next day and installed them on the spot. Susie and her finance team worked flawlessly with my credit union and everything went smoothly. Everyone that we had met were very personable and pleasant. If you need a new vehicle and want a pleasant buying experience then contact Susie and tell her Mike’s review sent you to her , you won’t be disappointed.

  Zach Sadler and Mike Blakley are amazing people to work with. Mike ,went to the extreme to help my son get the same truck he had prior to a car accident. We can not thank them both enough for the excellent service they provided in such a stressful situation. Thank you both again!

  Going to Team One Susie made my entire car-buying experience incredibly smooth from start to finish. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but she made it the complete opposite. From the moment I started working with her, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck rather than just making a sale. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation. Whether it was details about the vehicle, financing, or paperwork, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I really appreciated how transparent and honest she was throughout the entire experience. One thing that really stood out was how responsive and helpful she was. Anytime I reached out with a question or needed more information, she got back to me quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. She even helped track down additional details and reports so I could feel confident in my decision. That level of effort and customer care is hard to find.
