    I have bought 7 vehicles from DJ over the last 10 years. Kids, parents, us. They aren’t breaking down just anything from brand new to a few thousand for a first truck for the kid. Either way DJ is the best. Doesn’t push. Guides you through to sometimes cheaper vehicles that fit everything you’re looking for instead of the flashy one you flock to on the lot. I will continue to buy my vehicles from DJ.

    We recently purchased a GMC Terrain from Team One in Charlotte. Our sales person was Susie Wilkey, who went above and beyond. She was very kind, friendly and professional. It was one of those really cold days and vehicles were covered with snow and she dug out 3 different vehicles for us to look at. We appreciated all of her help and we chose the 3rd vehicle, our Terrain!

    Very impressed with team one and their service! Had a blown transmission in my truck. My salesman DJ (from 5 years ago) and their service guy Nick went above and beyond to get my truck in and taken care of, with an amazing turn around time! Just goes to show how well they still take care of their customers even years down the road! Extremely impressed and would highly recommend Team One Chevrolet to everyone!!

He’s on top of his game with making everything easy for you and getting you the best deal. I highly recommend him and the Team One dealership. Everyone there is friendly and professional.

    We should have known from 20 yrs ago how the service department was. Its was terrible. Eric was the rudest person. Fast forward to 2023 We went back thinking the service department had got new people in there. We bought a 2023 Z71 Chevy Trailboss. I love my truck. I had my truck for a yr and my radio quit working I went in and told them and of course Eric still works there and still as rude as ever. I took it in when not working fo them to say we dont have any one here to look at it. So I left took it back on the next business day the radio was working he said its working so whats the problem. I said I paid alot of money for this truck and everything should work. I made an appointment dropped it off when I was told it was ready I went back and they had put 27 miles on my truck and admitted multiple people drove it to see if the radio whould mess up nope it didnt But a week later it did it again and a different guy told me it properly needs an update. Yup it did. So a week ago my backup camera came on while driving down the road pulled in and showed them what was going on. The guy that looked at it was just as rude as Eric. Said bring it back next week. Its been there now going on 2 days of course it was fine when we took it in on Tuesday. They will probably tell me nothing is wrong. When we were leaving the guy said to my husband What do you except its a rolling computer. Really and you sell these vehicles. Good service department. And they dont do a 21 point inspection when changing the oil. They never checked my air filter. When we get it back it will be going some where else for service
