  I’ve went to this store before to have my tires fixed for flats however last weekend I took my car in for a flat and was told a leak on the side wall so needed two new front tires. I was told the same tires would be close to $1100 so I said no and then the employee came back and said he misquoted me and it would be around $750. I then said no again because I didn’t like the tires in there as it was and wasn’t spending $750 for two tires. He then came back a third time to tell me a comparable tire would be around $525 so I said sure. I then took my car back a few days later to get the two new tires and when it was done I received a link saying the total was $681. I call to the store and he says oh yeah let me see what the price is and comes back with around $575 and I said no that is not what I was quoted because I made sure to ask out the door price which was around $525. He then comes back again with a price around there. I then pick up my car and the following morning see that the tires on my car are the same tires I had said I did not want. I am not happy with the back and forth of the prices and as a customer wondering if I was even charged the correct price. How does one come back multiple times with different prices?? How did I end up with the same tires when I specifically said I didn’t want them?? Needless to say I won’t be going back to this store and advised others in the area to not as well. Very disappointing.

  Tuffy muffler shop in Richmond is a wonderful place to go for car repairs The staff is well knowledgeable on car repairs Doug Who you may find at the front desk when you come in it’s very knowledgeable, and very trustworthy it is a wonderful experience to deal with him and the entire team at Tuffy muffler I will recommend them. I’m very pleased to say they are the best.

  I went to tuffy with my Silverado. They told me I need my transmission rebuilt. $6-10K. Took it to another shop, fixed with a fluid change. Took my Ford focus for exhaust leak. quoted $426.00 to replace the section of flex pipe that leaked and that the part was not available for ten (10) days as the nearest was in Wixom. Went to the O'Reilly's across the street, bought the OEM part over the counter ($80.00) and got it installed by an ASE mechanic for $100.00?!?
