  Went in with major road noise. Three places could not find the problem. Thougt it was a bearing. They took a look at it and found out it was bad back tires, showed me the problem. Got a set of brakes while I was there. Great service.

  Guy didn't even work on my vehicle wasted my entire day and the next morning no phone calls nothing and they left my vehicle sitting next to a main road completely unlocked with my stereo equipment just sitting there waiting to get stolen! Absolutely unacceptable

  Fast, Kind l, and cost effective ☺️ Tire was flat, air pumps in town were down, driving on it ended up shredding it to pieces. Thankfully they were right down the road. I had no appointment, they were open early and got me right in! Price was good as well! Very kind and helpful gentlemen.

  After being quoted a 45 minute service stop, booking through the phone line, I arrived to find that the staff could not find a reservation on their computer system which kept shutting down. Despite having a reservation number and email, I was told that I would have to get in line. They quoted me then 1.5 hours. I did not get my key and vehicle back until 4.5 hours later. This was not convenient as I had intended to sit around and read for 45 minutes... Not lose 5 hours. While I assume that the oil change and transmission flush were adequate, the tire reseating (which was requested to get the inspection since I was losing air on one tire) was done despite the team finding a crack in one of the wheels that should have been a full stop. Once back to my home garage, intending to pull the wheel for repair, I discovered all of the lug nuts partially stripped and two of them cross threaded. So losing multiple hours up front, multiple hours trying to crack one wheel off, loss of two bolts and all of the lug nuts on that wheel... I cannot recommend this shop. Other issues: Office/counter area was dirty and disorganized, small children running back and forth between the counter and the shop, and only one staff member was aparent at any time. Was charged full price (ca. 480) with no apologies for the delay and all of the extra costs now associated with the wheel.
