I choose this place because I have always had wonderful experiences but today was a different story. I wasn’t greeted by anyone and as a new car owner I had a lot of questions. One staff member was busy making jokes with a loyal customer and the others ignored me. When I was finally rudely asking if I was ready to check out ( I was waiting close to the front patiently not wanting to be rude and interrupt ), when I asked for advice I good minimal answers in return leaving me pretty frustrated. I plan on giving this place a second chance because this is the only time I have experienced this. The staff in the morning are much more friendly and helpful. It is a shame because I prefer this place over other competitors. By the way not one person bothered to move from the register to help me in the aisle where I was willing to pay top dollar for the best products available.
