- TTTony1 day ago3.0Usually 5 star but today they decided to close at 6 even tho posted hours say 7 and cut the vacuums off in the middle of my visit even though I paid for the membership. This is what bad business looks like. Then you have a sign up asking if you made me smile no! This is my face 😑

If they do not get mat washers soon I am canceling both my cars. I can go down the street and they have mat wash and rags with sprays to clean the inside of the car. It's a longer drive but may be worth it
- ASAudria ShwalaMar 19, 20264.0So I do like this car wash overall. I've been here twice, both times when my regular is down for maintenance. No complaints about the wash itself, and it's nice having the vacuums and other features available after. My only "issue" is the staff, and moreso, I guess, the process that has been created for buying a wash. While everyone I've interacted with has been extremely nice, I don't like feeling bombarded by them. There is a touch screen you pull up to, where I presume you are able to select the kind of wash you want, and pay, as you do with other carwashes, only I have never been able to read the screen myself or decide anything on my own, because I am asked questions by an employee who runs out and does all of that for me, before I even get a chance to look at the options, pricing, etc. It just seems unnecessarily intrusive and I don't care for it. If I needed help, I would ask for it.
