    D was fast, friendly and efficient. Treated me and my vehicle with the utmost professionalism. Staff even though they are busy remained focused in their duties and getting cars in and out in great time!

    The oil techs in the pit were great (Kim and Ryan). Very quick in and out, no wait! Also the service guy ran through all the add-ons but was not pushy. I appreciate that!

    I’m very attached to my local auto shop, convinced anywhere else will see me as an easy mark, but in a pinch over the holidays for an oil change, I came to Valvoline. I was treated to a very quick oil change, excellent customer service, and pricing as listed. If you’re in a time crunch, highly recommend!

    I got a full synthetic oil change in late November. At that time, the technician recommended a radiator fluid flush and refill. So, in December, I printed out a coupon and wrote on it that I needed a radiator fluid flush and refill. My husband brought my car back to have the service completed and gave the technician the coupon with my note on it. He pulled up the records for my vehicle on the computer, and then proceeded to do ANOTHER full synthetic oil change as well as the radiator service and charged my husband for BOTH. I WFH and had only driven the car a little over 100 miles since the oil change. This was very dishonest of them. *Update: I contacted the customer service dept for Valvoline and they refunded my husband for the 2nd oil change.
