- SJSade Jackson2 days ago1.01 Star — Extremely Disappointed and Unsafe Service I am new to the Canton area and chose this Valvoline for a simple oil change. It turned into one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had with a car shop. Two days after my oil change, my car warned me that my engine oil pressure was low. When I checked, there was NO oil in my car, and oil had leaked underneath the front, middle, and back. I had to get a tow truck from work because driving the car would have damaged the engine. When the tow truck delivered my car back to Valvoline, the staff actually tried to block the driver from dropping it off. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately tried to blame my car, claiming I suddenly had multiple leaks that I did not have before. The management showed no urgency even though this problem happened less than 48 hours after they serviced my car. They continued working on other customers before even looking at mine. They barely made eye contact, avoided accountability, and treated me like an inconvenience. My car is now smoking on the right side from all the oil they spilled, and the way I was treated was humiliating. As a nurse who depends on my car for work, this situation was completely unacceptable. If you are considering this location, please be careful. My experience here was negligent, unsafe, and extremely unprofessional.
