  Rec'd a 50% off car wash in my email from an Instagram ad. Went to the car wash and scanned the provided QR code, and it said, "code not recognized". Tried multiple times with no success. I pressed the help button and waited several minutes and no one responded. I backed up and left. What a waste of time...

  I’ve been a member for several months and this was my first bad experience. I was honestly going to let it go, but I received a text asking me to rate my experience, so I rated it as it occurred — and the situation escalated from there. The first time I went through, I noticed the vehicle in front of me received the initial pre-spray without appearing to say anything. My vehicle did not receive it. Thinking it might have just been a one-time situation, I left, grabbed something to eat, and decided to go back to see if that was simply the standard that day. When I returned, I again observed two vehicles in front of me receive the initial spray — and once again, mine was skipped. I then received an email in response to my feedback from the general manager stating that additional spraying must be specifically requested. However, the only time an employee is physically near your vehicle is while you are being guided onto the track and immediately placed into neutral. Once the system engages, your vehicle is already moving. There is no practical or safe opportunity to roll down a window to make a request — especially when pre-spraying has consistently been done automatically on all my previous visits. I also never mentioned anything about ice. My vehicle was simply dirty. The inconsistency — especially after going through twice — and the dismissive handling of my concern were disappointing. I am now canceling my membership and unfortunately would not recommend based on this experience.

  Kaitlin and her staff provided excellent customer service. The place was nice and clean and they had a good flow.

  I had an average experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly and the body of the car looked clean and shiny. I paid for the $26 Titanium wash, so I expected a much more thorough job. However, the wheel cleaning was disappointing—there was still visible brake dust and grime left on the rims. Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality of service. I went early morning, right after 8AM, and the vacuums were not turned on either after I had my car wash.

  I love this car wash because they have the underbody spray to rinse all the road salt from underneath my truck. And the monthly membership makes it easy to keep my truck looking clean all month.
