  My son’s first car has been a gift and a curse for a while. After going to multiple places without consistent good work Belle Tire has been a breath of fresh air! Not only did my son’s car get fixed quickly we now have the peace of mind that it was don correctly! Special thanks to Kevin for actually caring to get my son on the road safely!

  I placed an order for snow/ice Michelin tires 3 weeks ago. So I waited. Made an appointment for 4 pm 1.15.25 to have my tires which finally came in. However, I guess there's no such thing as an appointment because when I arrived to my "scheduled appointment" they said they were backed up and it would take several hours. They do not honor appointments. I had not made any plans on staying that long or to have someone come get me. Really? They've lost my business. Too little too late.

  It was snowing really bad & my tire pressure was low. I stopped in to see if they could fill them for me !! What a bunch of GREAT GUYS !! Thank you so very much!

  We have been going to Belle Tire for 10+ years but the customer service has become so frustrating. They are always to busy to help. Had a tire repaired at this location after a flat. Instead of putting the spare back under my car they threw it in my very small trunk leaving me know room for groceries or all the kids sports equipment. I called and they stated to call on another day when they are not busy and someone could put it back. After calling twice and they were too busy to help me those days, I decided to make an appointment for an oil change(the car was due anyway) and just see if they could do it at the same time. Show up today for my Appointment and the man tells me the appointment was made for the wrong thing and that I can either wait around and it could be up to 3 hour wait or reschedule the appointment for a different day. At this point I am beyond frustrated and just leave. I drive down to FIRESTONE (highly recommend!). They tell me no problem. They changed the oil, did a tire rotation and put my spare tire back under the car in under 30 minutes. Over a month of trying to get this location to help me with no luck. Thanks for wasting my time!

  Been going to Belle Tire for over 10 years, but first time at this location. Dropped off my car for a rotation and a tire leak a little after opening time and was not given an estimated time of completion, so I assumed it would be done at some point that morning. Called around 4 p.m. after receiving no update on the car, and was told they would have to hold my car overnight because they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next morning. Called at 11 a.m. the next day and was told the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, they couldn't tell me what the cause of the leak was, and the sales rep told me to "keep an eye on it." Now, I'm not sure if the leak was even repaired. Found dirt on the seat and belongings left out from the tech searching my car for a wheel lock key (my fault I didn't leave it out, but every other location has asked and reminded me). Will not be returning to this location due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
