  You're employee's are very rude..the evening shift. Younger male just made me feel foolish. They wanted to play around. Good thing my reviews stay up top for a few. I review alot of places. I've been slacking, but I stopped everything I was doing to leave this review.. someone plz rebuddle..? And please start treating the employees with respect and kindness...and now im stuck with a 170$ strut. I have the transaction number and. Every number the store would need..then said dobi have my card. I lost it last night, thats why I had to return the things I did.. i see you don't have many 5 star reviews...I could REALLY REALLY HELP U..??

  Stephen at AutoZone helped me out with my check engine light today. I had no clue what was going on, but he scanned it, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and helped me buy the right part the first time. On top of that, he had me laughing the whole time which definitely made the situation less stressful. Great customer service.

  One of the employees here made a comment along the lines of “let’s get you back to your country” and tried to pass it off as a joke. Despicable. We’ve lived down the road from this autozone (rite-aid previously) for decades.

  I went to Autozone to get a new car battery since my car had been sitting outside for a few weeks and I had to jump it. Joe, the worker at Autozone, took it upon himself to ask if he could check the battery first before I spent $ for a new battery that might not be needed. After the check, it was determined a new battery was necessary. I asked if he could replace it even though it was dark outside at this point. He did not hesitate and agreed to change it immediately. Change was successful and I was able to drive off without worry. I want to thank Joe and the cashier at the Canton, MI Autozone for making my day. I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help.   Every time I come to the The AutoZone on Canton Center Road in Canton, I always have an issue. The only time I have ever gotten superb customer service is when the store manager was working that day. I explained to him the poor customer service and he said he would take care of it. Clearly he has not. A young black man with a big diamond or cubic zirconia earring refused to come out and check my headlight because he was the only one in the store, but they were no customers in the store and there were no other cars in the parking lot. I told him I’m gonna go somewhere else if you can’t help me and with a chipper voice, he goes OK and I ended up at O’Reilly’s auto parts where they’re actually installing the bulb for me and the burned connector. O’Reilly‘s auto parts were friendly and they were courteous. The O’Reilly’s here on Ford rd in canton, has heard nothing but horrible things about AutoZone and they’re slowly taking all their customers, and I don’t blame them. I am really glad I went to O’Reillys. Auto Zone, you have lost another customer and I spent about $300 a month.
