- RRRick ReynoldsAug 11, 20251.0A completely rude and incompetent operation. No car available for my reservation that was made 9 months earlier. Had to wait 90 minutes for a car. Counter unmanned for the return at 11:00 am on a Friday. I will never rent from Nation again. When the counter worker finally arrived he tried to bribe me with a discounted rate if I would give a good review. You can’t make this stuff up. Unprofessional, unethical and incompetent operation. Could not give a zero star sadly.

I’ve left multiple voicemails but haven’t received a response and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. My reservation is scheduled for Friday and I urgently need to speak with a representative.
