  Just wanted to share my experience. All the workers were super helpful in helping me choose which wash would best fit my needs and Urim was one who went above and beyond all my expectations. Will be coming back again!

  Words honestly don’t do this place justice. From start to finish, everything was top-tier. The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and my car came out looking absolutely spotless—like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Not a single detail was missed. Even the vacuums were powerful and super clean, which made finishing touches easy. It’s rare to find a place with zero complaints, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new again!

  Excellent service all around—quick, professional, and very friendly. I had a few questions and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but Ervin took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I got exactly what was best for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  On my son's new membership and his second visit here somewhere in side the drive through something ripped his bumper half off. When he went back to discuss this damage they came to the conclusion that there was a larger than normal gap where the bumper meets the car on the rear quarter panel. That's not the case but they backed their assessment. He asked if he could at least get reimbursed for the membership. They assured him they would. They also didn't follow through on that. I did in fact cancel my membership because if this is the route they are taking with him, I'm convinced that they would take that route with my car if damage is incurred. As a matter of fact, reading back through the reviews they take the same stance with anyone whose car has incurred damage. They do nothing except claim that they stand by their decision. Well I stand by mine as well. I do not recommend this establishment and definitely will give my opinion to anyone wanting to join. I wish you would have chosen to do better Tommy's. So my son, you are In fact still my son.

  Booooooo Tommy's booooooo. Bumper got ripped off in the car wash because of its "huge gap" and if I had the picture they showed me before it was ripped off it would be on the babble LOL. I think I'm more mad that when I got a call from the assistant manager saying they won't pay for it, he then tells me to have a good day. I should try to get them to pay for my window too when I threw my phone out of it. He also told me if I wanted to talk to the boss they would both be there till 9. I show up and the assistant did all the talking, even telling the boss to fetch the tablet so he could show me the pictures. I get customer service can be difficult, but now I know tommy's is too, really that desperate. 1/5 stars would not wash here again. Mom, if you're reading this and still haven't cancelled yours too, I'm not your son anymore.
