  I just had a productive conversation with Store Manager (Jason) at the Caledonia location. I needed an OBD readout for my Chrysler (check engine light). Since the store was busy, Jason politely asked me to wait a moment while he attended to other customers, then he hooked up the reader and provided a printout of most likely causes (and pointed out that he had both items in stock). Polite, professional, considerate and efficient. Thank you, Jason.

  Was swinging by Caledonia, and noticed there my mud guard on my Subaru outback was loose, the store employee, Sam, tall young guy with glasses, helped me find the right clips and let me borrow calipers to see if the holes are right diameter, in the end and fixed my problem, Sam was professional and eager to help, and has an eye for what the customer needed, I really appreciate the help he provided, would recommend this location for any one who is struggling with automotive issues

  We came to the Auto zone in Caledonia. We needed oil for our truck and rolled into the parking lot at 8:04. Thought they closed at 9:00 turned out they closed at 8:00. The manager Jason was willing to open the door let us grab oil and even provided us with a funnel. He was so kind so generous and willing to stay a few minutes after his shift for us and it was so nice to have someone be so kind. This isn’t the first time this Auto zone has been amazing. They were awesome a couple months ago when we went in for a battery for our daughter’s car too. I have been so impressed. Five stars from us!!!
