Filed a claim. Response: “those scratches are not consistent with our equipment”. Yes, they are exactly consistent with their equipment. And no other car wash has been used.

Even more frustrating, the truck didn't even get a good wash. I've concluded that it's more worthwhile to wash my own car by hand than to pay for a monthly subscription at a place like this. The mat wash feature sounded good, but it wasn't enough to make up for the bad experience.

- PDPatti DunningSep 8, 20254.0Purchased a while back the most expensive package on a monthly basis. Allows as many car washes as you want for that month. Today stopped at the vacuum cleaner area. Was disappointed that I would have to spend an additional $5.00 for a detailing package to clean windows, etc for the inside. When visiting in Virginia went to a similar place on my son’s advice. Detailing kits, glass cleaner and additional products for detailing car were provided at no additional charge. Disappointed. Think I’ll go back to regular car wash from here on out.
