He was courteous, professional and highly skilled. He took the old windshield out and had the new one installed in about 90 minutes. Excellent job.

Then the next appointment had to be cancelled due to the weather. We couldn't have any snow on the vehicle when repairing. I wish I would have known that ahead of time and I would have cancelled with the repairman the morning of the appointment so he wouldn't have to drive. Otherwise Safe Lite was great at communication to reschedule and when they were coming!

The booking experience was smooth... the only thing I would change about it is the ability to book 2 vehicles in one order or a section to mark if doing more than one vehicle just to have clarification if one or more techs are coming. The tech, Brett, was efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. Both windshields are up to expectations. The only complaint that I have would be on a newer Tahoe with Head Up Display. The HUD is now weird looking, almost as if I am wearing glasses that are not my prescription and it is distracting, but I personally like that feature when driving.
