- CEClyde EckerNov 21, 20254.0I originally gave five stars but I now retract that. About a week after getting the truck back it started shaking one day. I pull over and climb under the truck and find my steering shock hanging from one bolt no bolt in the other end. I called and asked for them to simply order me the proper bolt and I will fix. I was asked to email pics so I did. No response!! And still today have not had contact. Then a week later I'm under it with a power washer getting all the dear crap and guts off the front diff which they didn't do. And find the front stabilizer link which they replaced with one nut missing and the other almost off. Didn't bother to call them on this just bought another link at my cost and repaired. This is a late 2024 model ram 2500 with really low miles too. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place they suck. Never again will they touch a vehicle of mine.

I HIT A DEER and they claim that it wasn't from the deer. Never agian!! It's not my job to find everything that is wrong with my own vehicle after an innocent. How do you send a car back to a costumer when it's dangerous too drive? Owner had no accountability. Never use this company!
