  PSA for anyone needing auto body work: I dropped my vehicle off for an estimate at Gerber Collision & Glass after hitting a deer. At drop-off, the headlight was damaged but functional. After waiting over a week and being told parts were still unavailable, I picked my car up and discovered the headlight assembly had been removed. I later returned to request the removed part and was provided written confirmation that the headlight had been removed but could not be returned because it was missing. Another repair facility advised me that modern HID headlights contain electronic components that are typically reused. Sharing this so others can be aware and make informed decisions when choosing an auto body shop.

  Had my car done 1 day earlier than expected date and it looked even better than it did before I hit the deer! They did amazing couldn't be happier with the outcome!

  I originally gave five stars but I now retract that. About a week after getting the truck back it started shaking one day. I pull over and climb under the truck and find my steering shock hanging from one bolt no bolt in the other end. I called and asked for them to simply order me the proper bolt and I will fix. I was asked to email pics so I did. No response!! And still today have not had contact. Then a week later I'm under it with a power washer getting all the dear crap and guts off the front diff which they didn't do. And find the front stabilizer link which they replaced with one nut missing and the other almost off. Didn't bother to call them on this just bought another link at my cost and repaired. This is a late 2024 model ram 2500 with really low miles too. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place they suck. Never again will they touch a vehicle of mine.

  They are slow and rude. They do not have the capability to match paint colors the parts they put on don't match the color of your car. Don't go here save yourself alot of time. I chose this place because State Farm said it was a preferred shop but than I found out because they use all used cheap parts. BEWARE Picked up my Jeep today and now my car is two different colors light on the bumper and fenders totally don't match the rest of the car and the guy told him that was normal none match? What? This is the poorest job I ever seen. DONT GO HERE my insurance is going to have it repainted by another shop.
