- TKTOM KJan 6, 20261.0Nice car 2025 with 20k. The tire were horrible, just not for snow. You get these southern cars up here in michigan and thay don't have all taran tires. Thay are just plain dangerous on michigan roads. I consider this a serious safety concern.

Im beyond pleased with the extremly professional help I received from him with my numerous questions I had. Solid 8/10 experience. Id give it more but my complaints were for a first time renter I didnt know about the security deposit nor was i told on the phone when I originally called to ask which would've been helpful to know before hand. As far as the car itself goes it was very nice. Super clean, no garbage or any stains or gross stuff. However the wipers were not great. Which isnt a huge issue for me but it rained our entire drive back and the wipers were not helping hardly at all. But id still say Ryan's professional help with everything and making my overall experience with enterprise very well. Id definitely recommend if your looking for something affordable for a little while go eith enterprise of cadillac and if Ryan is there talk with him!

- JWJessica WitkowskiDec 12, 20255.0I dealt with some of the greatest guys and girls in the local Cadillac and Orlando office. Our van had some mechanical issues, and everyone was very helpful. HERE IS MY ADVICE: NEVER call the 800 number! The lady I talked to was rude and questioned me about "how fast I was going when the issue happened" and also said "it's just the safety features, you can still drive it" (try driving from Michigan to Florida without cruise control or traction control or any safety feature!) Other than that, it was a great vacation, Enterprise was awesome and I will rent from them again!
