- LLLee LatellaOct 15, 20241.0Update: Finally got refund from an over billing incident ($277) that occurred on 10/0124. I got refunded today 2/18/25. Random charge of $700 Show up on time to be told truck is damaged 45 minutes later after waiting Over charges, gets refunded just to get debtors to call saying I’m past due and going to collections. You have to wait 37 times to sign documents at their counter because their systems can’t load ever no matter what location you are at. Short fall after short fall I’ll exclusively only use Ryder.
