The spinning things don't even touch my car on one side and last time I was in, some weren't even working. And when I get to the drying part, there's still soap suds on the car and I don't get fully dry anyways. I do appreciate the free vacuums though! But Mister is better. 🤷♀️

It's kind of annoying that I paid for a detailing kit while I watched an employee, walk up to her partner and hand him down 7, and I mean, 7 separate untouched detail kits that I paid for. And they're laughing about it like they do this all the time. I plan to never pay for one again. And I'm telling all of my family members and friends that use this car wash service to never pay for a detailing kit because they just give them away.. dont waste your money cause they sure like to waste our money. They should come free with every works car, wash anyway. Yeah, I definitely encountered a sales rep. That was promoting a deal cause she was totally handing out the packets to every single person. No, I'll repeat myself again. She handed 7 detail kits to the same person, walked back into the building, walked back out with a couple more kits and just hung out with him and talked and laughed. There was no promotional app deal, otherwise she would have walked up to each other person that was there as well. There were 5 other cars besides me and the red truck that she was standing at the entire time and she didn't once walk up to another car. So go ahead and try and find excuses of why your employees are handing out free detail kits while I had to pay five dollars.
