He had what we were looking for to pay cash. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we were wanting and needed. He let us test drive it several times and if there were any issues he made sure that the issues were fixed and addressed. If it was complicated he saw it through until it was completely correct and solved. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the transmission. He communicated great and had our best interest. There was trust and honesty which is what is needed for a loyal customer and business relationship. Loyalty is 10 times more payback in the long game. Trust, consistency, and a deeper relationship. It's built brick by brick.

Since I was traveling back to Virginia and needed to be on the road they diagnosed and repaired it while I waited. Above and beyond my expectations. Hector and Tyler replaced the engine, rebuilt the clutch, etc. They did a great job. The car is running strong. Also, Monica and Angela in the office are a pleasure to interact with.
