I made a reservation for a pick-up truck a week in advance, then I called 2 days prior to the reservation date to ask if I could leave my personal vehicle at their building while in their rental truck, they asked for my name and reservation details.... I gave them my info and then they said "Oh we don't even have that, or ANY vehicles available for you and need to cancel your reservation" WHAT A JOKE!!! They apparently were not even going to call me to advise the situation and were just going to let me show up and tell me they had no vehicles.... TOTAL JOKE OF MANAGEMENT HERE!! GO DOWN THE ROAD TO HERTZ OR AVIS, BETTER PRICES AND HONEST SERVICE So they continue to take reservations for vehicles they know they do not have and screw people over. EPIC FAIL

Also, I was thrilled they were totally fine with me leaving their car at the auto body shop after the work on my car was done--so no having to arrange or pay for an extra ride! Thanks, Enterprise!
