  The dispatcher guy on the phone that I called was efficient in logging where I was. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what exit I was at or what direction I was heading. Telling someone on the phone I was going “that way” and I’m by the woods on a busy road probably isn’t the best set of info to work with, but again, he did the most with the info I gave him and had a driver there quick! He got there way faster than the estimate. He was polite and let me sit in his truck out of the cold. I don’t know how long is normal to load a car onto a tow truck during traffic on a highway with cars zooming by all over the place but I have a feeling he did it faster than normal. I still hadn’t collected my thoughts yet and he was done. He was patient and talked to my dad on the phone for directions on what to do with my car. He even gave me a ride to a closer spot so I was off the highway and somewhere safe. These situations aren’t ideal but for as un ideal as a situation like this is, both guys I talked to made it smooth and calm. I hope Im never over an hour away from home and need a tow truck ever again but if I do I hope I need one by exit one twenty something next to a little patch of woods. The drivers name was Thomas.   My son's G6 blew a tire on 96 in Howell at 8:00pm on Wednesday 2/5/26. Pardiac towed the car to Roy's Autoworks Thursday morning. The car was back on the road on Thursday 2/6/26 at 11:00am. Exceptional service in a very challenging industry.

  Phenomenal experience with this company. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP! The dispatchers were very helpful and patient. Answering all my questions and reassuring me that I'm in good hands. The drivers were AMAZING, coming up with the best solution to get my car out. Very helpful and polite gentlemen. Long story short I was stuck on a icy road at 9 pm in the middle of no where. THEY WERE A BLESSING 🥺
